How does it work?

Once you've made your order, it goes into production after campaign completion. Our global network of suppliers will use the best technology to print your order. It's then safely delivered to you by one of our trusted logistic service providers.

Your Moteefe order is limited edition and it's custom-made just for you, based on your size, colour and design.

Can I change my order?

You can change the colour and size of items in your order until the campaign ends by heading to your Dashboard (there's also a link in your confirmation email). For any other requests, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Once the campaign has ended, your order goes into production. Unfortunately, we can't make any changes at this point. However, if you wish to place another order with these changes applied, please submit a request and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our designers work tirelessly to regularly offer you original and unique prints, therefore we can't alter designs out of respect for their owners' creativity and autonomy.

Where is my order?

Your order is part of a running campaign, therefore it will be printed within 7 days upon campaign completion. It will then be shipped First Class (not tracked) to the address you provided within the order. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details and address before the end of the campaign as, after this point, we can't make any changes or take responsibility for incorrect addresses leading to lost orders.

You can review and edit this information and track the status of your order up until despatch by viewing your Dashboard There's also a reflection in your order confirmation email.

Unless you've already had a shipment notification, your order is currently in production and you’ll receive an email with this update. However, if for no email has been delivered, please contact us here Also remember, it takes up to 7 days to print your order and delivery time will dependent on your region.

After the shipment date in your order confirmation email, you can expect delivery to take approximately:

3-5 working days (UK & USA)

4-10 working days (EU)

7-15 working days (outside of Europe/USA)

We ship all orders untracked, using First Class delivery (Royal Mail for the UK). Unfortunately, there can be unavoidable delays in transit over which we have no control.

We consider an order late if it is:

Over 15 working days after despatch in the UK & US

Over 20 working days after despatch in Europe

Over 30 working days after despatch to any other country (e.g. Australia)

Please note, that if you live in a country with import controls e.g. Switzerland, the Customs department may be in possession of your order. If you believe this to be the case, please see our section on Customs and Duties under 'Shipping'.

When the campaign ends, orders can take up to 7 working days to print, however printing can be delayed by national holidays. If you haven't received a shipment notification within 8 working days of the campaign end date, please get in touch The campaign end date is on the order confirmation email.

Orders are shipped via First Class delivery but are not tracked. You can track the status of your order up to despatch by heading to your Dashboard .

On every campaign page, you'll see a size guide.

Use your chest width and torso length to match your size in the guide. Please note that our sizes are fitted and run small. If you'd prefer a more free-fitting item or you're in doubt, order one size up.


If your item is the wrong size, we ask that you take the chest and length measurements and provide this to our support team. If you did not check the size guide before purchase (this is visible on the campaign page), we cannot take responsibility as all orders are custom-made once you choose to buy and we cannot restock or resell returns. For apparel, be sure to check the label against the size in your buyer dashboard/order confirmation email. Please note that we may request that you return the item for inspection if the issue cannot be easily determined with the use of photographs and measuring tools. You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item should it be requested to reach a resolution.

Our printers use only the best available technology to provide you with the highest quality print around. However, if you've received a low-quality print or an incorrect design, please provide us with pictures and let us know here ; we'll do our best to rectify the issue with a replacement. Please note that we may request that you return the item for inspection if the issue cannot be easily determined with the use of photographs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item should it be requested to reach a resolution.

Please let us know if you believe there to be a quality issue or your order is damaged. We ask that you provide our support team with photos to allow them to investigate. You may be asked to return the item for further inspection before we can authorise a replacement to be sent. You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item should it be requested to reach a resolution.


If you have requested delivery to a country with import controls, your delivery may be held by the office responsible. You may be required to liaise with this department. Customs and duty charges may be applicable given the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order and we are unable to take responsibility for delivery if it can be reasonably assumed that your order is in the possession of the customs/duty office - i.e. if delivery is within the estimated time frame and the destination is governed by a country with import controls on UK-originated goods.

We keep shipping costs at a very competitive rate for you. For a t-shirt, you can expect to pay around:

£3.49 to the UK, EU, USA and Canada

£6.49 to anywhere else in the world

No matter where you are and what you buy from Moteefe, we'll deliver it to you. If your country has import controls, please see our Customs and Duties section for more information.

Payment Issues

Failed payments can be the result of a variety of causes. In these instances, we suggest using a different card/payment method or alternatively contacting your selected payment provider e.g. PayPal or your bank (for debit/credit card purchases).

Your account will be debited as soon as you place an order. For more information about payment and methods, get in touch with one of our experts in the Payments Team

If you believe you've been overcharged for your order, please do let us know and we'll investigate the matter thoroughly. It's best to confirm with your bank or payment provider (e.g. PayPal).

Unfortunately these instances can occur, albeit rarely, with online payments but, rest assured, we work closely with Stripe and PayPal and many other trusted operators to rectify these issues and return funds in such circumstances.

Should you need to file a request for our Payment Team to look into, please provide your order number and, if you checked out with PayPal, your Transaction ID. If you paid by card attaching a copy of your statement will help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible (we advise that you redact or crop any information you consider sensitive when sending a copies of financial information for peace of mind and security).
