Our mission is simple: we aim to remove all barriers and enable entrepreneurs, brands and influencers to test and scale new product ideas and e-commerce businesses faster and further than ever before by digitalising traditional print environments stimulating the global adoption of print-on-demand.
Our platform allows clients to easily design new products and publish them instantly to the landing pages and highly customisable white-label e-commerce stores included within the Moteefe platform, or to a third-party e-commerce store solution of the client’s choice. Production is on-demand. This means that sales can be made before the item is produced. This agility transforms the economics of the supply chain.
Recognised by The Sunday Times Fast Track as one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK and by Deloitte in 2020 as one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses.
We truly believe in the power of human potential, that's why at Moteefe we give our employees freedom to operate with their own entrepreneurial ambition. We strive for the best possible results by working as a team to enable partnerships across our community. These are our core values and beliefs.

What you’ll do with us:
As an Engineering Manager, you will help us build our strong, supportive and vibrant culture of Engineering at Moteefe. Supporting our cross-functional engineering teams, you will manage the careers and development of our talented pool of Engineers in your team(s), and build strong relationships based on trust through regular feedback and 1:1s.
You will use your experience in software delivery to monitor the productivity of the team, embed Agile best-practices, and encourage a continuous improvement mindset to maximise the team's delivery potential. In addition you will support the Product Managers and Technical Leads in designing the most appropriate technical solutions to business problems, and support Engineering Management with plans and delivery metrics to provide visibility of progress and issues.
You will play a key role in our cross-team groups (Chapters and Guilds) to facilitate meetings, build roadmaps, and drive both execution and quality. You will support the resource planning and hiring for Engineering.
We are at the start of a greenfield project to redesign and re-shape our platform to take advantages of the changes in the market. We feel we have great insights in the ‘on-demand’ industry having seen revenues successfully double year-on-year since we were founded in 2016.
To help the business achieve these goals we require a new, incrementally resourced team to work together and with the other teams (and wider technology organisation of around 60 colleagues) to build the next generation platform that will been seen as the most admired production-on-demand business out there.
Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering and managing a team of up to 8 colleagues, this role is a senior position in the organisation.
