Moteefe is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to help scale its business and hit its ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to not only lead growth efforts at a start-up, but also to have a major impact on the business moving forward. You will have a small team of Marketing generalists to lead, but 99% of your focus will be to drive users to the platform.

Your role will include:

  • Grow Moteefe. You will be expected to significantly improve our brand awareness and attract Sellers to the platform.
  • Be responsible for all performance marketing across all geographies (channel include PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, Search, Email/CRM).
  • Drive a data-obsessed approach to marketing - You're naturally analytical.
  • Analyse performance of all campaigns, quickly identifying new areas for improvement.
  • Be the face of the all things performance and optimisation, regularly engaging and influencing stakeholders across the business.
  • Review and analyse potential to branch out to other channels (offline etc).
  • Be the point person for all agency relationships (when required).
  • Identify, implement, and iterate strategies to improve user acquisition.
  • Manage CAC with clear understanding of drivers in order to scale marketing.
  • Drive and oversee all digital marketing efforts, including advertising, SEO, and social media.
  • Manage the small marketing team.
  • Manage short-form content creation and syndication via newsletters, drip campaigns, etc.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Performance Marketing experience is essential. We need someone who can drive the business forward.
  • A solid understanding of internet marketing and social media marketing (Facebook advertising) etc is required.
  • Ability to work with, advise and influence Founders.
  • Solid, demonstrable experience of working on an E-Commerce platform.
  • A person who sees, Growth, Growth, Growth in all their Marketing ideas.
  • Able to lead and further develop a small Marketing team.

  • Use tutorials to get yourself up to speed on new methods for social media selling.

We’re looking for a talented Lead Developer with solid experience with both front- and back-end Web technologies and leading small agile development teams. You will collaborate with our Head of Product, UX and design experts and our developers to work towards one unified goal - growth. Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Able to work independently designing the architecture for and planning your own solutions to problems.

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Part-Time (2 days per week) HR Officer to join Moteefe and take the lead in all areas of HR and Recruitment. This will be a varied role in a small, yet growing e-commerce business with offices in London, Lisbon and a number of remote workers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing full generalist HR administrative support.
  • Coordinating on-boarding programmes for all new starters.
  • Overseeing all new joiner administration using CharlieHr.
  • Liaise with our outsourced Finance provider on payroll.
  • Acting as first point of contact for all areas across the business, and being able to provide HR support and advice to the founders and team as necessary.
  • Maintaining the HR and Recruitment database and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting with the appraisal process & salary review.
  • Supporting with L&D / Recruitment where needed.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading HR in a small, yet growing business.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all teams and levels.
  • High level of detail required – Able to keep very accurate HR records.
  • Provide a welcoming on-boarding experience and maintain strong relationships with current team members.

Our tech stack is pretty standard in today's startup world: Rails 5, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, Heroku. Good test coverage + we use CodeClimate/Coveralls; Codeship for CI. GitHub+Zube.io, Slack, inVision/Zeplin for communication and productivity.

We are a looking for a results-driven developer who is able and keen to produce clean code, support and re-factor the existing code base, maintain & improve test coverage. We have a small but highly capable team already in place where everyone loves knowledge sharing and code reviews, so you would be in good company! Everyone is fun and great to work with as well. :)

We are looking for an Operations Associate (this is an entry level role), to assist us with the day to day operations here at Moteefe. This is a great opportunity to learn about an E-commerce business and is focussed on us being able to deliver to our customers. You don’t need to have experience, but you do need to be driven, detail focussed and task orientated.

Your role will include:

  • API placement of <50 item apparel and mug campaigns.
  • Fixing and reporting issues with order placement and image generation to either the Head of Operations or the Technical Team.
  • Phone case template-artwork creation (automation failures to be resolved imminently) and API order placement.
  • Retrospectively treating issues raised by suppliers relating to incorrect image generation for submitted orders.
  • Checking, monitoring and blocking suspicious/fraudulent platform users according to set criteria.
  • Issuing user pay-outs and ensuring all payment methods are kept in balance by the CTO.
  • Occasionally assisting with ad hoc supplier lead generation.

Requirements

About you:

  • Collaborative and a good team player – We need someone who is happy to get stuck in.
  • Excel skills are a plus. We need someone who is happy working on systems and spreadsheets.
  • E-commerce / tech experience would be advantageous.
  • Willing to learn – We are looking for a person who is keen to learn new things and who brings new ideas with them.
