We work hard to ensure that every product is of excellent quality and delivered on time and where you want it. However, mistakes can happen. Our refund policy is straight-forward, if you are not satisfied with the campaign because of either the quality of the printing or when the garment is ‘damaged’ upon your arrival we will do a full refund of your purchase and shipment costs. In case this happens it’s easiest to email us at email@example.com and include a picture of the product shortly describing the issue.
As the products are custom-made for you we offer no refund (see Terms and Conditions) when you are not happy (or changed your mind) for other reasons with your purchase once the campaign has ended. Of course we will make sure this risk is minimized e.g. by providing clear sizing information, design imaging and shipment details.
